Organizational memory is glaringly absent in many organizations, resulting in managers and boards repeating past initiatives which had already proven to be fruitless. Although most of the information exists in the form of corporate minutes, memos, etc., this is unorganized and or so dry as to be unreadable by all but the most motivated researcher. Artificial intelligence offers the opportunity feasibly to reorganize this data into a compelling story of what an team of ever changing individuals has striven for over the years, allowing current members to see where they are picking up the torch and helping them decide how they want their chapter written.
